Synopsis Countdown Conjoined. Two short and sexually-charged episodes:

"Alimony Hunter" - Chizuru is a woman who's engaged to be married. But
something awakens inside her one night when she witnesses two women making
love in public.
- "Seek" - A stimulation-seeking hero rescues a lovely princess from some undesirable elements only to find that she is not what she seems.
And yet another pair of short and sexually-charged episodes:
- "Virgin Road " - Akemi and Kunihiko (yes, Chizuru's stepson from the first Countdown's "Alimony Hunter") are getting married. But a mysterious womans drops by right before the ceremony and causes quite a sensation with the couple -- especially with the bride.
- "Famous Trick History Hooligan Boy" - A horny teenage boy genius uses a giant mechanized cat to kidnap lovely young ladies so he can have his way with them...
Review: Yuuwaku Countdown (Countdown Conjoined)
"Alimony Hunter" was a strange one. I mean, in no instance was alimony or
money ever mentioned in the story. It's basically about a woman named Chizuru who found herself all hot and
bothered after seeing two women in action.
Later on, Chizuru is followed by one of the women, who introduces herself as
Jun.
Now for some reason, Ms. Jun has a penis and is quite adept at using it too.
After going all out with Chizuru on the train, Ms. Jun goes home with her and meets her cute teenage stepson.
How convenient. You can very well guess what happens next... but hey, if
threesomes are your kind of thing then... Meanwhile, "Seek" is about a
nameless hero who's constantly looking for stimulation.
The hero is ecstatic when he sees that the princess he just rescued is a cute
babe. As he proceeds to make her his, a funny surprise pops up and turns the whole
situation around. Of the two eps that comprise this installation of Countdown,
I liked "Seek" better.
I found it to be quite hilarious and refreshing. Both stories are a deviation
from the usual hentai theme of men dominating women.
"Alimony Hunter" was
obviously tailor-made to accomodate several types of sexual combinations (like
girl-girl, girl-girl-boy, boy-boy, etc).
Ms. Jun is a pretty weird character as she counts as both female and male. I
guess she's an example of what hentai-dom refers to as a she-male. As I've mentioned above, the title has nothing to do with the plot. As a whole though, Countdown is a decent effort at creative hentai.
The art is very good, as the characters are attractively rendered. The animation lacks polish but the sexual acts are portrayed explicitly. While there is lower body nudity, the genitalia are not rendered in full
detail.
Still, if you're tired of the usual hentai clichés, Countdown can be an
interesting change of pace.
Review: Yuuwaku Countdown (Countdown Conjoined) - Part 2
Countdown Continued brings you two more raunchy tales to tickle your fancy. "Virgin Road" features some of the previous installation's "Alimony Hunter" characters - namely Kunihiko and Countdown's resident she-male Ms. Jun. Chizuru also makes a cameo appearance.
"Virgin Road" is obviously set some years after "Alimony Hunter" as Kunihiko, Ms. Jun, and Chizuru all look markedly older.
Ms. Jun shows up minutes before Akemi and Kunihiko's wedding and proceeds to give Akemi a dose of premarital stimulation. It is not explained as to what Akemi and Ms. Jun's previous relationship is but Akemi keeps addressing Ms. Jun as "sensei".
I would guess that she used to be some kind of teacher to Akemi. Anyhow, you don't need to have watched "Alimony Hunter" to appreciate "Virgin Road". I wouldn't call "Virgin Road" a story, it's more of a disturbing commentary on lust. Its implications are deeper than it lets on.
The second episode, "Famous Trick History Hooligan Boy" (phew! I'll stick with "FTHHB" next time), is a comical narrative about some very horny people.
The heroine (whose name I can't remember) is involved with a pretty girl named Kaede (yes, they are in a lesbian relationship). But Kaede gets kidnapped by the boy genius. As our heroine tries to rescue her lady love, she gets herself captured too. As a result, they (Kaede, the heroine, and the genius) make up a happy and horny threesome.
Oh there are a lot of other funny stuff that happen in between, but I won't elaborate on those anymore. The humor borders on the slapstick side, but since I'm not a fan of slapstick comedy, I can't really say that "FTHHB" made me laugh.
Still, it's not really a bad skit and it's still way, way better than the likes of Battle Team Lakers Ex or "Erotic Torture Chamber".
The art and animation for both episodes are good, as is the case with the first Countdown. The sexual acts are portrayed clearly but not really given too much detail.
Countdown Continued is a worthy follow-up but overall, I enjoyed the first Countdown more.
