One day, a beautiful goddess called Suwatee appears before a hot-blooded young
man named Kenta. Suwatee's not alone though, for with her are six uh, mini-gods of sorts
(godlings, anyone?).
Suwatee and company want to move in Kenta's place because travelling from the
other to this world is such a hassle. In exchange for their accomodations, Suwatee will grant Kenta one wish.
Of course, our horomonal hero wishes to get laid by many beautiful girls...
and what Kenta wishes, Suwatee grants.
As soon as Kenta steps out of his condo, he indeed meets all sorts of cuties
and gets loads of sex. But there is a problem -- Suwatee is deeply in love with Kenta.
To top it off, she broke some rules in granting Kenta his wish. If Kenta doesn't realize these things soon, Suwatee may have to pay for his
wish with her body and soul... for eternity.
Review: Can Can Bunny
As you can see from the summary, Can Can Bunny doesn't have anything to do
with the French dance Can-Can, nor does it have to do with rabbits.
If you're familiar with the anime Ah! My Goddess review however, you may well
consider this as the spoofy hentai version.
All that aside though, Can Can Bunny Extra anime is a very amusing and funny hentai series in its
own right.
When I first saw Suwatee and company, the title "Suwatee and the Seven Dwarfs"
came to mind. Ah, but then there are only six cute little godlings... and they
are a crazy, wise-cracking bunch to boot.
The key to Can Can Bunny Extra's humor is in the dialogue. While there are some playfully sarcastic and hilarious lines, outrightly
porn-esque talk like "Pound me!" also cracked me up.
Can Can Bunny Extra's combination of plot and sex is quite remarkable, as getting laid is one
of the main elements of the story.
Every sexual encounter advances the plot because Kenta is fated to meet and
bed seven girls thanks to Suwatee's magic.
There are some very strange circumstances as well -- like the time when
golden-hearted Kenta saves a girl (a virgin nonetheless) from being
gang-raped.
After the rescue, the girl practically begs Kenta to shag her for a memorable
first experience. Whoa! Most unreal.
I don't see how rape victims (or near-victims) can feel so hot and horny after
being brutalized (unless rape is included in their list of fantasies).
But then this anime is a fantasy and so it goes. Can Can Bunny Extra also has its share of
dramatic and emotional moments (no, it doesn't get all weepy and stuff).
The art and animation are quite good... not as exquisitely done as "Oh My
Goddess" but certainly attractive enough.
With Can Can Bunny Extra review, you get to see all sorts of sexual positions. But, being the
softcore hentai feature that it is, the lower genitalia aren't given any
emphasis.
Still, I'd recommend Can Can Bunny Extra anime whole-heartedly as it is undeniably entertaining. I
think it may even appeal to the non-hentai set.
Miscellanies: Can Can Bunny Extra
For a non-hentai goddess and human love story, try "Oh My Goddess".
